Additional points

By participating in an AVC gig, you are deemed to have agreed to the Code of Conduct which can be found in the main AV resources page. Although we are AVC, we are still representing Alty Voices. In particular, be mindful of your own safety and the equipment.

Please bear in mind that as we don't have a live band and are singing along to the tracks, timing is everything as I do not have the same flexibility as I would with a live band if things slow down/speed up. I cannot stress enough that I need you to watch me; I will be keeping time, will bring you in particularly if you're on the tune, and will be giving directions in relation to dynamics. If you watch me, then even if you do go slightly out of time, you should be able to pick it back up.

Now that's the serious stuff out of the way, these are fun, additional gigs and the main thing is that you enjoy yourselves; if you make a mistake, it doesn't matter, just keep smiling as if it were intentional - the audience will not know! 😀
